Dr Edgar C Taylor
A Lecturer in the Department of History, Archaeology and Heritage Studies at Makerere University in Kampala. He has published scholarly articles on the generational, legal and affective politics of decolonization and racialized citizenship in Uganda. He is working on a book provisionally titled, Infrastructures of Exclusion: Authority and Everyday Politics in Urban Uganda, 1945-1972.
